Highland Prime Butchers

We offer a comprehensive range of local meat and meat products.

We produce quality sausages, burgers and dry cure bacon. We also make some products unique to us, Maltese sausage and Mexican cooking chorizo. Some interesting twists on sausage flavours include, chilli and treacle, also apple cinnamon and cranberry.

We make batches of products to suit our customers requirements, supplying local hotels and restaurants. We deliver locally, and attend seasonal markets. We currently attend two markets every Saturday on the Black Isle, and every two weeks at Dornoch Community Market from May to September.
